Colosseo Panoramic Rooms is a room flat for rent with an iconic view of the Colosseum. We are located in the heart of ancient Rome, right in front of one of the Seven Wonders of the World: the Colosseum and the Imperial Forum! The suites guarantee a memorable experience for every guest: they are full of charm and romance and combine an exclusive historical location with a relaxing stay.

The Structure is housed in a late 19th-century building in Via Nicola Salvi and offers 4 rooms - 3 of which have views of the Colosseum - all elegantly furnished, each with air conditioning, fridge, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, parquet floors, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, and safe. Every furnishing detail is designed to enhance comfort and ensure an impeccable stay, whether for a short visit or a longer holiday. Three out of the four rooms offer a side view of Rome's most famous monument. The flat is accessible by lift.

We also offer, upon request, rental service with NCC driver (private driver) with the possibility of transportation to the airport, Fiumicino or Ciampino, and to the port of Civitavecchia (reservation required) for a fee.

Guests who so wish, will be able to purchase our breakfast ticket, starting the day in the adjacent partner bar Oppio Caffè, which is located immediately outside the main door of the palace. They will thus be able to take advantage of the breakfast service at the table, at a discounted price. The day can begin, easily reaching on foot, the historical and cultural areas surrounding the facility or the Colosseum and Cavour metro stations that allow you to explore the entire city.
In the surrounding area there are trattorias, cafés and historic shops: perfect for those who want to experience Rome as it once was, strolling through the alleys and squares.
